Some words about our work

Tenons donc présent à l'esprit que nous voulons examiner ce qui "est", observer l'actuel, en être exactement consciente, sans lui donner un biais, sans l'interpreter. Cela exige une acuité extraordinaire de l'esprit et un coeur extraordinairement souple; car ce qui "est", est sans cesse en mouvement, constantement en tranfsformation, et si l'esprit est enchaîné par des croyances, il cesse sa poursuite, il cesse de s'adapter au rapide mouvement de ce qui "est", car ce qui "est" n'est évidemment pas statique.

Taste the mouvement, everything comes through the body, taste, flavour, textures?

We received information while we were moving, that info
goes inside and changes.
Physical support : ground and air
Allow movement come through the feet and legs
As you move, you can feel the support of the ground and allow any movement to happen; 
Silence context for sound; 
Whenever a word is said, focus on listening to the sound produced and letting space in between...

Touching to be touched

We touch to be touched.
Touching a wall, touching someone else,touching the floor, we receive a quick feedback that travels throught the hole body.
We can also get this sensation without touching, just by moving, feeling the physical sensation touching with the feets the floor and leting travel this sensation into the body.
How this sensation transforms into information and becomes a emotion, a movement, a word, a sound, a feeling or maybe even a silence.

Journeys in body and imagination

Summer 28-07/1-08

We have been working last week about five hours per day.
We have been talking and practicing surrounding the themes of: espirals, resonance, touch-no touch-being touched,we have been experimenting with the ideas of moving from the bones and joins.
Related to the bone experience, we direct a touch to the bone in order to move from the bones in space with the memory of the touch.This was for all of us an emotional experience. We talk about the shock of the touch.
We talk about the nervous system and the fluids that circulate in our bodies.We talk about perceiving, we observe distinction in between, perceiving,feeling and sensing.We talk about actions based on perception and the way we forget about thinking in actions when we follow instinct.


Remarks:
Hanna brought a Book of Body Mind Centering and a book called "A widening field" about imagination and receptivity
Ana brought a skeleton and maps with the human anatomy
Barbara brought some images of news in the newspaper about the illegal people that run up to the cranes (gruas) in the center of Brussels in order to manifest a need that has to be resolve
Agostina leaded each session a warm-up of an hour based on the physical understanding of the espirals
